We can say but good words for Bartolomeo service, pre and post sale. Its our third experience with them and Tribu and we cant be happier; excellent product sold by not a less excellent provider. I was hesitant at first to order, as the prices were very reasonable compared to the exact same product locally. An issue we had was that 2 stools arrived, instead of 3. This was quite frustrating as we had to wait another month and a half for the 3rd stool, although they were all ordered together. Their customer service was helpful and they emailed us that day to apologise and to inform us they will be sending the 3rd stool.
