Il sito ha una maschera un po’ old style ma è molto ben navigabile.
Il servizio offerto ottimo. Ho fatto un reso per cambio taglia ed è completamente gratuito (almeno in Italia), a stretto giro hanno verificato la merce e hanno riorganizzato la spedizione.

El pedido tardó mucho más de lo previsto. Ponía en stock pero no tenían existencias.
Lamento el retrazo, el sitio no indicaba "En stock" indicaba "Envio en xx dìas", esto significa que el producto no esta disponible y tiene que ser ordenado.
El pedido fue finalizado durante las vacaciones de Navidad cuando las marcas estan cerradas y no envian, sin embargo enviamos el pedido el primer dìa que abrieron todos.
Tratamos de ser lo mas claro posible sobre la disponibilidad de los productos, ya que entendemos que la gente puede tener urgencias.

My order was placed 21 December and dispatch was supposed to be 31 December. It was not sent until 12 January after I had emailed threatening to cancel the order. Terrible service. Will not use again.
Hi, we are very sorry you were not satisfied about our service. the product you have ordered was not in our stock. It was indicated on our website, that it would take 9 days before we can ship it. the reason is because we order this particular product first at the Headquarters of the Brand that produces it. However during this period of the year, they had closed for Christmas and New Year, for this reason the shipping date to you has been postponed to january 12th, that is the same day as we have received the helmet from them. We apologize again for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards
