On top of the price we had to pay over £70 to UPS for them to release the order to us. I couldn't even check the box first. We should have been informed of this on your website when booking our order..

Hello, our website indicates that customers outside of the EU can be subjected to custom duties. We have this information in our website in the Payments page, and we also inform the customer in the confirmation email they receive after placing the order. All our customers are made aware of the possibility of custom charges, we are not to be held responsible for these extra fees. Given the fact that European VAT is excluded from the overall price in Motostorn for all extra EU countries, it is normal procedure that you are charged custom duties when the parcel arrives to your Country.

Sitting at home in Australia, eating a bowl of minestrone soup...thinking of Italy and my latest order from Motostorm. I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door to a Local courier service. "Your order from Motostorm" Italy has arrived. WHAT!!! was my response...I only order this product 11 days ago.
