Très satisfait de mon achat chez Motostorm. L'article commandé le dimanche a été expédié dès le lundi matin et je l'ai reçu jeudi matin très bien emballé. Je n'hésiterai pas à acheter de nouveau chez ce marchand et je le recommanderai sans hésitation à mes amis.

These guys are amazing! I placed my order on the 16th of May and it was delivered to my door in Australia 5 days later. How did you get it from Italy to Australia so quickly ? I won’t hesitate to buy from Motostorm again. I am thrilled. Thank you.

Salve Antonio, chiediamo scusa per il ritardo nella risposta alla sua mail. Il suo ordine è stato effettuato il 12 maggio e spedito lo stesso giorno, ricevuto da lei il 14 maggio. In caso di necessità può sempre telefonare; il servizio telefonico è attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9 alle 19.30 per qualsiasi dubbio lei possa avere o per qualsiasi urgenza con l'ordine. Purtroppo siamo un po' rallentati con le risposte alle mail, visto il periodo e non siamo sempre in grado di rispondere entro 24 ore. Le abbiamo mandato una mail rispondendo alla sua richiesta sul casco ricevuto.
