Failed to explain that import fees would be applied, cheaper from UK suppliers.
Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This is explained to our Uk clients on the email confirmation that they receive after placing an order on Motostorm. It is also present on our website in the section payments. Uk clients are subject to duties because the UK is no longer part of the European community, not to forget that the prices for Uk clients on motostorm are without Vat.

The process had its challenges due to the current pandemic. Ordered a pair of boots and a helmet, however, only ended up with the boots only because motostorm does not have the helmet in their warehouse and had to wait for the supplier to ship which took longer than they originally aimed.
Customer support staff from motostorm, Carol, was prompt in responding and apologized for the delay.
