I am always hesitant ordering from USA. I emailed and spoke to Andrea and she was very very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed for my huge accessories order for my 2018 Duke 390. They use FedEx of which is great because when FedEx receive huge boxes at their facility , FedEx will actually keep it in their facility for the receiver to pick it up. This is a great security feature FedEx have because packages are always being stolen from homeowners door steps. Again, great job to Andrea at Motostorm for helping me.

Wouldn't recommend these guys, delay after delay before order was even sent, a minimum of 24 hours to reply to emails ,my order was stuck in Italy for a week due to a disagreement between FedEx and them about content of package, so in the end I cancelled the order and went back to sportsbike UK, and had my order in 2days from those guys.
The one star is for getting my money back.

Hi, unfortunately there was an error made by Fedex, Motostorm tried to find a solution but the parcel was returned to us. We are sorry that you did not receive your goods. Your order has been completly refunded.
