They were very quick to answer any questions I had. They were very fast at processing and shipping my order (less than 24hrs), and shipping from Italy to the US only took 1 week!

The order was placed on Nov. 22 and arrived on Dec. 8. Overall it took 17 days with a shipping cost of 59 euro. Personally I think this is a bit too expensive for the time the shipping took, but otherwise the service was good.
