we are very sorry for the delay with your order. The product was indicated as shipping in 5 days on our website. Due to an unexpected delay at the brand the item arrived with a 3 days delay to our warehouse. we have shipped immediately after but the transport company was unusualy slow to deliver in Sweden. we apologize for the inconvenience.

Very fast and excellent service from Motostorm however have been waiting UPS courrier first day who did not rang at the door and just left a notice saying I wasn’t home I had to pay tax & duties and that he would come on next working day, second day waiting at home, he just dropped the package on the corridor of my building with no signature or contact whatsoever! Please note UPS website and app are so unfriendly and unclear! Hopefully a neighbour took the package and he texted me to inform! All’s fine by now but this UPS isn’t a good courrier!
