Il sito e' ok, i prezzi sono validi, ma customer care puo' essere migliorato.. Il sito ha informazioni minime sui prodotti, servirebbero piu' dettagli, specialmente su note riguardanti compatibilita' o taglie. . Nelle spedizioni verso l'estero - particolarmente verso gli USA - dovete usare descrizioni complete e dettagliate degli articoli spediti. Ho gia' fatto 4 acquisti, e tutte le volte il pacco e' stato bloccato in dogana per assenza di info dettagliate, con conseguente ritardo nel ricevere il pacco e la necessita' di fare telefonate per sbloccare la spedizione.. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, ma dovete lavorare sui servizi al cliente..
