Unfortunately, I did not receive this item I ordered yet, there has been a delay in custom clearance for a helmet!. I spent hours trying to navigate FedEx and US customs, and they kept telling me that they need documents and information from the shipper, this has not been resolved yet
I did contact motostorm to send the required document so I can receive the shipment no response yet.

Hello, we are very sorry for the delay with delivery. The order was shipped on schedule. Sometimes there can be delays due to customs clearance. We ahve sent all information to Fedex for delivery. We advise you to contact them on your side and also provide the reacking number to speed up delivery.

But why does it also have to mention the content AND it’s value.
That information can be reason for people handling the package to think twice about actually delivering it.
And why does my email and phonenumber also haven’t be publicly displayed on that same invoice?
