You have been sent all information about you shipment by email. We also indicate on our website that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We cannot be held responsibile for taxes or duties that you have been charged to you by your resident country.

Excellent. I ordered a Dianese jacket on Wednesday Feb 14 and it was at my home in the US on Monday Feb 19. The jacket was in factory condition. The size was as ordered and the packing was professional.
