Ripped off. Never prompted at payment that I would be paying an extra $300 for customs, May as well have purchased at home!! Never again, don’t buy from this company, I bet this doesn’t make it to the review site! I’m filthy, wife thought she was doing a great thing and found a competitive price but sadly disappointed.

We do indicate multiple times that customers outside of the European Union might need to pay custom charges both in the website and also in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed.
"Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. [...]"
You can find this information also in the website and also while purchasing we indicate price without GST so the customer knows it does not include taxes.

DHL did not attempt to deliver my helmet. But after I complained to Motostorm and they forwarded the same information to DHL as I had provided to them, I received the helmet within 2 days. Result!!!

The parcel was sent via UPS and supposed to be delivered at my home, UPS said they couldn't deliver the parcel (I don'o know why), they didn't even call me on my mobil phone. I have to go to an access point to get my parcel !
