The quality of the product is very good. Yet, the customer service was quite poor. The delivery was extremely slow! It took over 2 months to receive. There should have been some additional refund for the shipping for such a late delivery.

Acquistato per un amico una borsa serbatoio e relativa flangia. Purtroppo ho dovuto fare un reso della merce a causa incompatibilità della flangia per serbatoio. Ma la squadra Motostorm rimane al top. Assistenza top all'acquisto e anche nel reso. Gentilissimi, bravissimi e disponibilissimi tutti. Anche con questo disguido, resta e lo consiglio a tutti.

Die Versanddauer war extrem lange und zwischendurch leider keine Verständigung bzw Entschuldigung.
Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback. Das Produkt wurde bei der Marke bestellt, aber es gab ein Produktionsproblem. Infolgedessen kam das Produkt sehr spät an. Dies hat zu einer erheblichen Verzögerung geführt. Leider wurde auch die Mitteilung zu spät gesendet und unsere E-Mail ist wahrscheinlich im Spam angekommen. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten und können Ihnen versichern, dass wir aktiv daran arbeiten, unseren Service und unsere Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern.

Wouldnt order fm motostorm again.
1) not recd my order yet since much over a month now.
2) second order which I done I cancelled and took a refund.
They don’t want to help a client by understanding fm his view point at all…
I wasted a lot of my time, energy, money very thr orders and constant follow-ups and keeping my fingers crossed that I receive my order soon. I hv stopped contacting them bcoz it makes no sense to …
