Nearly 1 month from the day I got my order confirmation email to the day I received a tracking number. Order not received yet. Sent an email to complain and the reply was basically, sorry about your luck, it was the Christmas season.

Unfortunately this year Christmas/New Year the lead time has been extended for your item due to the fact that the brand producing your product has decided to close for the holidays and we had to wait for their re-opening to be able to receive it and ship it to you.
