I have received my order which is 3 panniers for my bmw r1200gs, it took my 1 hour to installed them all. Really happy to deal with you. And I'm planning to order other accessories for my bike. Highly recommended. Thank you all

Il casco era quello acquistato, ma, sfortunatamente, la vestibilità non era confortevole al 100%, per cui ho chiesto il reso. Qui ho avuto qualche difficoltà con il corriere Bartolini, che non rispetta gli orari indicati per il ritiro, ho dovuto scrivere mail a motostorm, che ha sempre risposto, chiamare direttamente Bartolini e dopo vari gg sono riusciti a riprendere il pacco, poi in un paio di giorni mi hanno fatto il reso. Per le 5 stelle devono cambiare il corriere a cui si affidano. Per la cronaca oggi, dopo che ho già ricevuto il riaccredito della somma, mi ha chiamato Bartolini per passare per il ritiro del reso 😂😂

Overall a good experience. The shipping date ended up being about 2 weeks later than originally projected, but the price on the boots I purchased made it worth the wait. I'd buy again from this vendor.

On time and fitted great very solid on bike had to cut 1/4 off the 1 ins Spacers underneath. Bolts too short and it line up better after lines uo for bolts on bracket great
