Hello, our website indicates that customers outside of the EU can be subjected to custom duties.
We have this information in our website in the Payments page, and we also inform the customer in the confirmation email they receive after placing the order.
All our customers are made aware of the possibility of custom charges, we are not to be held responsible for these extra fees.
Given the fact that European VAT is excluded from the overall price in Motostorn for all extra EU countries, it is normal procedure that you are charged custom duties when the parcel arrives to your Country.

la ringrazio per la nota positiva, ci fa molto piacere! Ci dispiace ci abbia assegnato un punteggio basso, purtroppo il ritardo era dovuto al produttore e non abbiamo potuto gestire diversamente l'ordine. Speriamo che il prodotto sia stato di suo gradimento.

Siamo alla follia... ora anche i negozi aspettano l'acquisto del cliente per poi ordinare dal grossista e spedire allorquando il prodotto trovasi nella loro disponibilita. Bene la mia risposta è: fate magazzino e vendete quello che avete disponibile altrimenti non servite a nulla. Grazie
Buon giorno, abbiamo la maggiore parte dei nostri prodotti sono a magazzino, ma per i prodotti che non sono in stock, le tempistiche sono indicate sul nostro sito, cosi da avvisare i clienti prima del acquisto. Nel caso del Suo ordine abbiamo spedito la merce in 3 giorni lavorativi. Siamo sempre alla ricerca di migliorarci, nonostante il periodo storico che stiamo vivendo, quindi La ringraziamo per il commento costruttivo, e siamo spiacenti per l'attesa.

I ordered for the Shad 3P bracket for Kawasaki Versys 650 model 2019. I received the bracket but doesn't fit my versys. I emailed Motostorm about it a week ago but still no reply.

The delivery has been awful. On the website when I ordered the item was shown as on stock. I still have not received the helmet. I would not order from them again. It has been over a month.

Esqueceram se de enviar a minha encomenda, tive de mandar um email para eles me enviarem. A fedex nao sabe organizar entregas e nem se importa, e ainda tenho mais 90 fr para pagar a fedex, muito mau
Olá, peço desculpas pelo atraso no envio - absolutamente não causado por um descuido, mas por um atraso na chegada do produto pela Dainese.
Não nos esquecemos de forma alguma do envio, não tínhamos o produto em stock e o envio atrasou alguns dias em relação à data inicialmente indicada.

Kein Hinweis bei der Bestellung !:Für Lieferungen in die Schweiz sehr sehr hohe Zollgebühren und Vorlagenprovision..
Hallo, Sendungen oustide EU-Zone kann Zollsteuern unterliegen, die nicht enthalten sind und müssen separat an den Spediteur bezahlt werden. Diese Steuern werden vom lokalen Zoll definiert. Unsere Kunden werden darüber in unserem Abschnitt Zahlungsrichtlinien auf unserer Website informiert und erhalten dies auch in der Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail.

chiediamo scusa per il ritardo nella spedizione del suo ordine; ritardo che le avevamo indicato a pochi giorni dall'ordine, causato dalla mancanza di stock di UFO dei prodotti ordinati.
Non appena si sono resi disponibili, abbiamo spedito come da accordi con lei.
Faremo del nostro meglio in futuro per evitare questi inconvenienti.

Prices are slightly cheaper on the site but they fail to tell you its a non UK site and with the import tax for my helmet at £72 it became £50 more expensive than UK sellers.
Also the shipping took for ever where as a 3 day shipping in the UK.
A very unhappy purchasing experience that i will not be falling for again!
