Mir gefällt, dass ich als Sprache auf der Website „Deutsch“ auswählen konnte und dass mir auf Fragen an an den Service zeitnah geantwortet wurde. Hilfreich ist auch die „In Stock“ Angabe. Die Möbel sind mit guten Fotos (Details, Kombinationsmöbel) dargestellt. In meinem Account konnte ich die Lieferung verfolgen und die Spedition Dachser war professionell und sehr zuverlässig. Ich empfehle Bartolomeodesign als seriösen, kompetenten Anbieter von italienischen Möbelherstellern!

Service clients très réactif pour répondre à une question préalable à ma commande. Délai annoncé de 4 à 5 semaines mais commande reçue en 2 semaines. Livreur DHL qui me propose gentiment de monter le colis car très lourd et imposant. Entièrement satisfaite de Bartolomeo.

Avevo comprato in negozio un pinguino di BOSA, poi non essendo della zona, ho ordinato online altri complementi d'arredo per il mio salotto. Tempi di attesa un po' lunghi, ma spedizione super. Considerato che si trattava di oggetti in ceramica, l'imballo è stato molto accurato... Era quasi impossibile che arrivassero rotti. Complimenti!!!
