Das Produkt ist sehr schön. War gut verpackt. Schwierig war die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen. Ein Austausch über E- Mail funktionierte nicht. Auch die Bestätigung der Bestellung wurde nicht zugestellt. Über WhatsApp habe ich dann eine Antwort erhalten. Noch einigen Wochen wurde der Tisch geliefert ohne Ankündigung der Lieferung.

Le délais ne correspond pas au délais annoncé lors de la commande
Et plusieurs mail et WhatsApp que j’ai fait pour avoir des infos sur ma commande sont restés sans réponse

The communication with the seller was slow and not entirely satisfactory and the delivery time of the products was delayed by a couple of months. But it is a store that works.

Après 3 mois et demi d’attente,j’ai enfin reçu mon colis.
Je reproche à ce site de donner des délais de livraison qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité.( le délai prévu était de 5 semaines)
Attendre est acceptable à partir du moment où vous avez connaissance dès le début du délai de livraison

I was hesitant at first to order, as the prices were very reasonable compared to the exact same product locally. An issue we had was that 2 stools arrived, instead of 3. This was quite frustrating as we had to wait another month and a half for the 3rd stool, although they were all ordered together. Their customer service was helpful and they emailed us that day to apologise and to inform us they will be sending the 3rd stool.

L'assistenza all'acquisto è stata impeccabile e ho ricevuto quanto richiesto in ottime condizioni. La consegna però è arrivato dopo 2 mesi e mezzo dall'ordine invece che in 4-5 settimane come previsto.
