I ordered from Japan.
It was shipped the week after I placed the order and was traceable by UPS.
It left Italy on Thursday afternoon and arrived in Japan on Saturday morning via China.
Many of the goods were made in China, so we wasted half a trip around the world.
The website was very highly translated and displayed in fluent Japanese, so I was able to enjoy my shopping experience without any difficulty.
I received helpful replies when I asked questions by email.
I would rate the shop as very helpful, even to non-EU customers.

Unfortunately I ordered a size too small. Will be costly to send back. Vut that is not their fault

It is a great surprise in a good way to receive timely answers and responses to overseas customers and to provide services at very low prices, despite the time difference with Japan!
