No information that all parts wasn’t in stock was given. The rest part was not delivered according to schedule. Information regarding expecded delivery time was missing. Transport time with FedEx take to many dags.

Siamo spiacenti per il ritardo. Sul sito indicavamo che i caschi non erano disponibili in magazzino in quanto quando scelta la taglia appariva "Spedizione in XX giorni" - questo indica che i prodotti sono disponibili per essere ordinati al fornitore ma non immediatamente in stock. Abbiamo spedito in 15 giorni poiché in ritardo le consegne. Ci dispiace non sia soddisfatto del servizio; cercheremo di migliorare la celerità.
