Servizio pessimo. Merce indicata come disponibile sul loro sito, parrebbe che sia stata spedita dopo 25 giorni dall'ordine. Corriere ancora più cialtrone di loro, non effettua la consegna che quotidianamente indica come imminente.
Salve, ci scusiamo per il ritardo con la vostra spedizone. Purtroppo un articolo non era prensente a magazzino, lo abbiamo ordinato da produttore. Grazie per averci segnalato questo problema con il corriere. Ci dispiace che la sua esperienza con noi non sia stata positiva. Stiamo lavorando per risolvere il problema il più rapidamente possibile.

Motostorm was excellent. I purchased a helmet and headset from their online store, because that helmet is not available in Canada. The helmet and headset arrived within 14 days - sooner than the projected delivery time period. The helmet is exactly as ordered and is in perfect condition. The headset box is in perfect condition, although I have not yet opened the box.

Great prices. Poor communications. Ordered tank bag on Aug 31st, auto-generated order confirmation received with ship date of Sept 12th. Ship date came and went with no further updates, I inquired three times asking for any info, no response. Finally, they notified of new ship date: Sept 20th. Once shipped it arrived quickly. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but the lack of responses to direct inquiries scares me a little. A little after my initial order I emailed them about a helmet I also wanted to buy. I received no response and its been over three weeks. I purchased elsewhere.

Don't buy if you're in the UK. I received a tax import duty (not knowing it was being shipped for what I would consider a very expensive price already. £53 tax is unbelievable for a £200 product.
Hello, we inform our customers that those outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Dont forget that you did pay tax when purchasing from us. It is normal that your government asks you to pay taxes and duties when the parcel arrives to your country.
