I bought from this site because the product was not available anywhere else. I did it with some reserves from the beginning and waiting for the worse due to no previous experience with them and some bad reviews. They did deliver, after some weeks and the fact the product was not on stock and it was harder than usual to contact them. At the end it worked but it was more painful than necessary specially compared to the best online retailers.
There are some decent/good/helpful people they are just not very expedite to reply and keep track of things.

There was a bit of a delay with the manufacturer, but the Motostorm team handled it well and were very responsive.

This is my second order:
four days after the order date, the parcel was shipped to Switzerland. Italian VAT deducted. 4 days later (there was also a weekend in between) the parcel arrived. Excellent packed parcel. Goods completely clean and new. Received various tracking emails from UPS. All goods were the correct ones. Absolutely no issues in the whole process. Thanks again to Motostorm
