I found out item was out of stock after I made my purchase, so delivery was longer than expected. When MotoStorm finally got it back in stock, shipping was very quick. My rack arrived in good condition & I would do business with MotoStorm again.

I was waiting weeks for the order to be shipped. No one informed me that some items were not in stock and would take a few more weeks.

If I had not inquired I would not have known. And the item in stock would have been delayed so long.
