I am sorry your are not pleased with our service.
Before finalizing the order we indicate in the webpage the require amount of days before shipping; in this case shipment was programmed for April 28 and we shipped the following day - as you can see both in the confirmation email and in your account in our website.
Delivery could take some time given current situation; it will arrive in the next few days.

Having read quite a few negative reviews about motostorm.it I was initially quite apprehensive to place my order. They had the Alpinestars jacket in stock, in my size and in the colour I wanted, at a very competitive price. I decided to take a chance in ordering it and was extremely happy to receive my order internationally within a week. The webpage was easy to navigate and the product shipped quickly with a UPS tracking number provided. I cannot fault the service from this store.
