As a customer from the US I feel they have good selection and prices along with fair shipping rates. The item I ordered was not in stock but was expedited once available.

Ordering was straight forward enough but the delivery date was later than originally informed. Then got hit with a big customs bill. Now that bill is not the fault of Motostorm but surely the price including taxes could be shown on the site when you order ?
