Responsive. There were some delays in email replies but still well within acceptable time frame based on my personal criteria.
Delivery is fast, I ordered on Feb 20 and pricing still being finalized by the 22nd due to price match inquiries. Received 3 of 4 on March 1 and the 4th item packed securely on a separate parcel on March 3. All items were carefully packed.
