When dealing with a new company that involves International shipping there are obvious concerns and worries of potential problems along the way, these concerns are magnified especially when the goods purchased are high value.
Right from start to finish everything went smoothly with Motostorm. The communication and my questions were answered swiftly and completely and it was obvious that I was dealing with a very professional and organized company. Additionally the quality of the product was also completely as advertised, exceeded my expectations and was delivered internationally in super fast time.
Overall my first experience with Motostorm is a five star positive one and I would not show any reservations in using this company again soon.

Motostorm service was reasonable however the product was shipped via Federal Express who missed numerous delivery times and finally delivered to the wrong house.

I bought 3 Shoei Helmets to USA in 2 different orders. The first order took almost 10 days to arrive to New Jersey but because USA customs retain the package and ask for adittional info, Motostorm sent the info and they release the helmets. The second order took like 4 days to arrive, it was very very fast.
The helmets arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service from ITALY to USA.
