Nowhere on this site is it made clear that the company is in Italy and that I would be required by fed ex to pay £69 in import fees. This is almost fraud and deception. Really really dissatisfied and would urge anyone else not to use this company. Transparency of your business is key. Please state clearly the import taxes on the web page. I have paid 70 pounds
more for this item than I should have. I have been conned out of my money.

As for custom charges we give the information to our customers both in the website before any type of order is placed and also after an order has been finalized in the confirmation email they receive - we let our customers know that if they are outise od the European Union then the delivery might be subjected to customs fees and unfortunately we cannot interfere as those do not depend on us.
