I placed my order late at night and was too sleepy to notice it was an Italian company (I know, .it should have given it away) Since the website was in English and the price was in £ I assumed the shipment would be within the UK. Ended up paying extra £50 ish for customs because of brexit. A warning about that before making a purchase would have been great. This is why I give you 4 stars not 5

The part that I ordered shown as a warehouse transfer.
Then, it went to a back order.
I the. Requested my order to be cancelled and, Monies refunded.
That was done in a couple of hours and, a credit was issued.
All this on a Sunday too...
Will by from them again if needed.

It took almost two months from order to shipping, probably due to COVID-19.
The product was solid. The price was also cheaper than buying in Japan. I would like to use them again.
