I made my order from Mexico and I did the accounts so that I had to buy several poezas so that it was worth the payment of the shipment. At the end of the things I ordered, they did not have more than one, even though I waited more than a month. well… they sent me the order and made a refund for the parts they didn't have. Unfortunately for me they sent a single piece with the paking list of the complete order and I paid the taxes as if the complete order had arrived. (at least double) so I lost paying the shipping for a single package and lost paying again due to his mistake by not removing the pieces that they did not have from the packing list. in addition to the unsuccessful wait for the pieces that were to arrive. All in all a terrible and expensive experience!!!

Ho ordinato due paia di guanti e, dal momento che tardavano ad arrivare, ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, dalla quale mi hanno gentilmente informato che la spedizione non era partita in quanto uno dei due prodotti ordinati era in approvvigionamento ed era prossimo all'arrivo in magazzino. Solamente due giorni dopo ho ricevuto tutto secondo le mie richieste, imballaggio perfetto, guanti ancora di più. Consigliatissimi, voto 10!
