This was my first purchase through Motostorm. I needed a specific item (rack for a BMW RNineT) quickly. The price was good (even allowing for freight to Australia) and the delivery was quick, even without accounting for freight delays from the pandemic.
Communication in English was clear. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Motostorm store is very responsive to inquiry and overall experience with the staff was good. The only problem is, the helmet that I have received is defective. The helmet strap on the right wasn’t attached to the shell. I’m still waiting for the customer service to respond in my inquiry and also if they will do something to resolve the issue.
