We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Fedex have had delays due to a backlog with deliveries during the holiday season. The tracking info confirms that your parcel will be delivered to you tomorrow.

Is may be unfair to give 3 stars as I have no complaints about the product, packaging or shipping time. However, by sending it to Israel by FedEx you guys basically tripled the price of the product for me (well, including import tax to be fair). I would prefer to have an option for regular mail at least, otherwise it's doesn't make any sense. The worst part is that the high price of FedEx which I pay on checkout is literally only half of the real cost. Once the product arrived they called me and demanded literally the same sum of money additionally to actually deliver it.

I found Motostorm to be professional and prompt in replying to enquiries regarding the progress of my order. The package arrived well packed to reduce the possibility of damage in transit. I would certainly look at using this company again.
