Very fast, very efficient. I had a brexit query relating to UK import duties. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Product was very well prepared for shipping. Thoroughly recommend.

My Givi top case is still sitting at the airport in Italy in the Fedex facility with no idea when it will ship. You need to use UPS. I have several orders that have unfortunately been sent Fedex from multiple places and all are screwed up. Everything that has been shipped UPS has been delivered on time or is coming on schedule.
