Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. We did our best to ship as soon as possible. The order was shipped 3 days after our shipping forcast.

Correct but the day before your shipped it you had a Black Friday discount which you refused to give me. So I had a late delivery and missed out on the discount. Never again!

However we understand the disappointment and, if you ever place an order with us again, feel free to contact us beforehand : we will make sure to help you out with your order. we apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

Wrong, you conveniently replied to my email after it had shipped and waited an extra day to reply to me. I will never order from you again.
