Unfortunately it took a number of weeks to wven get my order confirmed. Once the correct item was confirmed I then had to enquire about it again before it was freighted.
This item was requested well over a month before the 11th of this month.
Painful would best describe the process

You accepted, we also informed you that shipping would have been delayed becasue the item had to arrive from the producer. dopo 10 giorni non era stato spedito nulla poi su mia sollecitazione hanno detto che il prodotto era esaurito e me ne hanno suggerito un altro, poi tutto è filato liscio

Ordering and shipping were prompt and easy. We were able to get our order in about the same length of time as if ordered from a supplier here in the US. The helmets are exactly what we wanted. The overall experience was excellent. We truly are a world market now.
