Cela fait maintenant 1 semaine que j'attends mon colis de UPS.
Je les appelle chaque hours environ 4 fois et à chaque fois, ils me disent une autre histoire alors qu'ils lisent un suivi.
Je pense que je ne recevrai jamais mon casque à moins d'aller le chercher à leur dépôt à 1h30 de chez moi.
Ce service est absolument scandaleux.
Je vous conseille de virer UPS dans les plus brefs délais car ce sont tout simplement des incapables et menteurs.
Je vous demande de les appeler afin de régler ce problème dans les plus brefs délais.

Nous sommes heureux de constater que le colis a bien été livrè hier. en cas de future commande, vous pouvez préciser dans les notes de la commande si vous avez une préfèrence par rapport au choix du transporteur.

This was my first time using Motostorm and my experience was great! I was particularly happy with the price compared to buying retail in Australia I saved $500. The shipping time was very impressive in receiving my item in just under a week from Italy to Australia. We can’t get a package from east coast to west coast in under 2 weeks. My helmet was well packaged and is an item I would buy again due to how comfortable it is and the noise reduction is great. Overall I will be sharing this online store with my mates.

Vast choice of top name (and some obscure) motorcycle brands. Excellent prices, usually a coupon or two to apply and save more, then add astonishingly fast and easy delivery from Europe to US.

There is the slight risk of customs adding taxes but usually the prices still make the purchase worth the risk (i.e. even if they add tax, still cheaper than the major US online businesses).

Only downside is trusting "standardized" sizing, no "trying it on". Has worked out pretty well for me so far.
