Sito molto curato e con una vastissima scelta delle migliori marche e di tutto quello che serve al motociclista. Per non parlare, poi, dei tempi di consegna, eccezionali! E, per mia fortuna, non ho avuto modo di "testare" il servizio di assistenza post-vendita. Ma, essendo anche capitato nel loro punto vendita "fisico" a Morciano di Romagna, posso sottolineare la loro competenza accompagnata da una grandissima cortesia!

ordered my items for the value of £330 and before they arrive i have need been hit with a £78 import fee that Motostorm have not paid and now i must pay to receive my items. do not use this company.

Hello, Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Customers that purchase outside of the European comunity do not pay Vat, but they are charges customs duties when the parcel arrives to there country.

And I was not told this when I make the purchase I was nottold I was buying from a company outside of the UK, I could have brought the items in the UK cheaper and had them delivered sooner.

We are not to be held resposible for the fact the customer did not know where he was placing the order. Our principal address is indicated in every page throughtout the website, I am sorry for the inconvenience, it has nothing to do with Motostorm.it.

So the fact the website comes up as UK and nowhere does it state where the items are shipped from untill after you pay, is the customers fault ? Well I'm thankful i won't have to use your company again with comments like that.

The website is "motostorm.it" - nowhere in the website the UK is indicated in our address or in any reference with Motostorm. I am not sure where exactly you saw that, but it clearly is not in our website.

Ordered Shoei parts from here when no UK supplier could get any .
First class service and kept informed of what was happening all the time .

Casco molto bello sotto tutti gli aspetti ! Tecnologia del collegamento , visiera staccabile con copri attacchi mi è dispiaciuto doverlo rendere perchè pur essendo XXL veste stretto e non era possibile averne una misura superiore , un vero peccato !
