The problem is with the GIVI part I received, not with Motostorms service. Givi sent SRA8400 with a lot of wrong screws. It is very annoying and cost me a lot of time

Got completely stung for an extra £60.00 import duties and admin charges on delivery. motostorm should indicate in an obvious way that this may happen to UK customers. Would not have purchased if I had known in advance.

Ordine effettuato a metà settembre, dopo quindici giorni solo dopo mia richiesta dello stato di elaborazione, mi viene detto che un articolo non era disponibile mentre sul loro sito lo era...ho fatto presente che avrei gradito avere quella comunicazione senza il mio sollecito e proposi di inviarmi nel mentre l'articolo disponibile, ovvero di sicurezza (paraschiena moto) senza però le spese di spedizione a mio carico, dato che l'indisponibilità dell'articolo non dipendeva dal sottoscritto! Mi è stato risposto che potevo scegliere di prendere un articolo di colore diverso e udite, udite, di una taglia in meno... altrimenti aspettare o cancellare l'ordine...arrivato comunque dopo un mese!
