Generally speaking I am satisfy with the products and after sales service. However, the case was after I confirmed the payment I was told some of the products were out of stock, and the expected delivery date was delayed around 3 weeks (from 21 Sept to 12 Oct)

Hi, it is written on our website under "payments" section, and in the order confirmation sent to you by email a kind reminder that since Brexit the import/export laws have changed in the UK. Indeed you are not paying the VAT on the products when purchased in Europe any more, but you will be asked by the British customs to pay for customs charges once your package is arriving in the UK. Those charges are not included in the shipping costs of Motostorm, indeed the bill is managed by the British customs and will be sent to you directly by the transport company at the delivery.
