発送及び配送もとても早く、一部取り寄せ品があったにも関わらず日本の自宅まで一週間で届いた。
注文後の状況や荷物の追跡がメールからのリンクですぐ把握でき安心。
しっかりと封をされたダンボールで送られてきた品物はサイズも注文通りで、個々にビニールで包まれており綺麗だった。
日本では買えない商品も取り扱っており、また送料を含めても日本で買うより安いものが多いのでとても嬉しい。
初めての海外通販だったが非常に満足度の高い買い物になった。欲しいものがあれば再び利用したいと思う。

Negozio fornito,peccato che il commesso che ha preso il mio ordine nonostante fossi davanti a lui a spiegare la mia richiesta...ha sbagliato l'ordine,ho ricevuto la merce sbagliata,inoltre due giorni dopo che ho avvertito non ho avuto risposta sulla soluzione.

Ordine giunto più o meno nei tempi stabiliti… nulla da eccepire anche perché nel sito è ben specificato che gli ordini vengono evasi in una settimana. Unica nota stonata il codice tracking della BRT. Non era possibile verificare lo stato della spedizione in nessuna maniera. Se non fosse stato per questo avrei certamente dato 5 stelle piene. Comunque voto alto per voi😉
