The folks at Motostorm are great. The item I ordered was backordered from the manufacturer but Motostorm was diligent in their communication and updates to me. They stuck with it until I got my order. Will definitely buy from Motostorm again!

Over several years I have placed many orders with motostorm, including for costly items such as BAGSTER seats and GIVI screens. Despite my being on the other side of the globe (Australia) I have always found the English-language communication to be both quick and easy, ordering the same, and deliver exceptionally good - my most recent purchase of a GIVI screen for my Yamaha MT-09 SP was delivered in under two weeks of ordering.

Il pagamento rateale OONEY è da migliorare , possibile che con 6 carte non ve ne era una adatta ? anzi la Visa l'aveva anche presa , ma poi mi avete richiamato dicendo che c'erano problemi. ho chiesto spiegazioni e e questa è stata la risposta da parte dell'istituto di credito : "in relazione alla Sua mail, La informiamo che la domanda non può essere accettata in quanto il profilo della richiesta non rientra nelle politiche di concessione di credito di Oney Bank SA." , ovvero non è spiegato il motivo! forse dovrebbero valutare l'addebito diretto sul conto corrente!!! Penso anche che la spedizione dovrebbe essere un'attimo più veloce. Ordinerò ancora su Motostorm.it perchè vedo che avete davvero di tutto, ma sicuramente non a rate :).
Buongiorno, mi fa piacere che si sia trovato bene ad acquistare su Motostorm. Mi dispiace che non sia riuscito ad effettuare il pagamento a rate, le condizioni non dipendono da noi, ma dalle finanziarie. In futuro ci può contattare e cercheremo di farle del nostro meglio per aiutarla. Cordialmente.
