The boots I ordered are not available at a US retailer so I used Motostorm. All online retailers that I checked with were out of the merchandise due to manufacturer supply. After placing an order with another retailer I was instantly refunded stating they didn't know when the product would be in stock.
Motostorm let the order hold and worked to get the product I wanted. After a few weeks I worked directly with Andrea from customer support who continued to help me and keep me updated with the order status and was able to get them drop shipped directly from Gaerne to my door. Thanks again!
