The product is high quality and Exactly what I ordered. Shipping time wasn't that bad considering I'm in California... Gave one less star because it took the company almost a month to "process" the order and actually ship the item. But they did promptly respond to my email. I am overall very satisfied with the customer service and product.

I ordered for the Shad 3P bracket for Kawasaki Versys 650 model 2019. I received the bracket but doesn't fit my versys. I emailed Motostorm about it a week ago but still no reply.
