AVOID this seller & STAY AWAY! Do NOT BUY from this company! I purchased very expensive £160 Heated gloves as a Birthday gift for my boyfriend in Nov 20, gloves came 3 weeks late. After 1 month use, right glove stopped working! Completely dead, wouldnt turn on! One month of use only! Seller acknowledges my concern and asked to return it for investigation. Seller didn`t want to provide a full refund, but instead got the gloves opened, yes stitching opened, repair somewhere and seller sent it back me without even notifying me- avoiding a refund or responsibility at all costs! Didn't offer refund at all at any point, completely reluctant to offer monies back although they knew the gloves were faulty, kept making excuses why not to refund - completely un-acceptable seller, bad customer experiend and still no refund! Stay away !!! Go somewhere else! DO NOT BUY HERE! Be warned!
Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. After one month you reported a problem with the gloves that you purchased from Motostorm. As the gloves had been used for one month you agreed with our proposal to send them for repairs under warranty. The gloves are covered by a 2 year warranty and all eventual problems can be resolved within this period. After the gloves were repaired by the producer they were sent back to you as previously agreed. The gloves are now in perfect working order.
