Rapidita ed efficienza

Motostorm's listing for Kappa K Mission cases has false information. The description clearly states the cases have an *external release knob* to "detach the side cases":

They do *not*! The external release knob is only available on the Givi Alaska cases. I only realized this when they arrived in Canada! With my 58L top case I am unable to open these new side cases. I bought them because I wanted to be able to release them without opening the lid with the *external release knob* .. and that feature is clearly stated in the Motostorm listing.

I contacted Motostorm customer service and they did not acknowledge the misrepresentation other than "That's what Kappa's description says". However, if you actually look at the cases you will see that the external release knob actually doesn't exist... at all.

Motostorm offered to refund the purchase price of the cases if I shipped them back. I paid $170 in duties and taxes to receive this order already, I am not interesting in spending any more money to ship these back. I will sell them locally and then buy from a local dealer to avoid this scenario again. Be careful buying online overseas! I spent $1,200 and got no concessions for Motostorm's product misrepresentation, which is frustrating.
