Piccolo ordine in termini di euro, avrebbe dovuto arrivare in gennaio, invece arrivato subito dopo Natale, nonostante le feste. Efficientissimi! Approfitto delle feste per montare il pezzo...contentissimo, un vero regalo!

Paid 467 euros for my Clover Vest with transportation fees and blocked in custom border for tax ( over 400 euros additional to import fees ) so i refuse . The product rget back to Motostorm after almost 50 days after . THey refund only 297 euros instead 467 euros . SO REFUND POLICY FOR FREE IS NOT TRUE ! BAD COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE REFUNDED .
Hello, the refund was not complete as - like stated in the refund policy - we will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund.
We shipped correctly this order and we also informed that upon receipt of the goods the custom office can require custom fees.
You contacted us confirming that you refused the package and as a consequnce it will be shipped back to us - we told you that all extra fees and shipments would have been deducted as this was not our fault and you agreed to it.
We are sorry you are not satisfied with the service, we however always informed you of these conditions and we were clear on informing you of what we will be deducting from the refund.

SI è verificato un piccolo problema con la consegna , ma dopo averli contattati hanno risolto in pochissimo tempo .
