I order a small Helmet , I received an XSmall. The interior lining was small , so it doesn’t fit in the helmet properly.
The shell was an x small so I’m not able to wear it.
Doesn’t ha e sticker at the back with certification.
I’m still waiting an answer from them.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. The helmet that we sent you has 4 different outer shell sizes (XS-S/ M/ L/ XL-XXL).
The XS and S have thwe same shell size for fitting the only thing that changes is the size of the liner. The certification is sewn into the chinstrap. There is a label. You have been contact by customer service, please check your inbox.

Purchased a HJC helmet that was unavailable in the states. I was a bit worried as there were a few poor reviews, but I will happily and gladly report that not only did I receive the exact helmet ordered, it came faster than expected (just as fast as domestic) and had tracking confirmation the whole way.
Highly recommended, will shop with Motostorm again!

It took a bit longer for my parcel to be send, but when I called for information, they were polite and reassuring. And my parcel arrived yesterday! Me very happy 😎
