Very poor service! Do not buy from them without protection like PayPal! Order was supposed to ship in 24 hours and 3 weeks later still not even tracking number. Ask them to cancel transaction and no reply. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal!

Unfortunately the boots were not available in store. We had to order them from our suppliers and there were delays due to production. In the meantime as requested your order has been cancelled and refunded. Motostorm apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

Products in Japan were out of print at the agency in Japan, and items that were not available were immediately received and I was impressed.
