No idea where is my Order, IF will ever arrive. But, you are asking me for a review ...
My order was PAID and CONFIRMED on 6 April. You DID ship it out on 11 April, as per Promised. Thanks. And that’s all that worked well.
The fedex tracking system mentioned I will receive the package on 17 April. From Italy to Bucharest, Romania in 6 days seams ok. Then, I’ve got informed my Package in somewhere in England. Then, my Order reached some city in Germany. Then, “No date of delivery acailable”.
Now, evening of 19 April, I am wondering if I will receive anything, not when.
So, a parcel departing from Italy to Romania, needs to pas by England, then by Germany and who knows how many other countries yo reach Bucharest. So far, we passed 9 days from shipping and no idea when I will receive it. I guess even by postal service or by bike, in 9 days I should have received it.
Your service seams ok, but your delivery sucks. I’ve got faster deliveries even from China.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We have reported the problem to fedex and at the moment we are waiting for them to provide an update on the delivery schedule. If for any reason the shipent cannot be delivered we will send you on a second shipment as soon as possibile.
