Great customer service. They helped me make sure I got all the correct parts I needed. My order was shipped within 2-3 days and showed up about 5 days after that... all the way from Italy to Tennessee!!! I would recommend this company on their customer service alone. But the products are great, fast at getting you your parts and will also give you discounts. What’s not to like! I just outfitted my bike with all racks top and side cases (Kappa) for 550$ 33lt sides and a 46lt top.

Sito serio imballaggio perfetto non do 5 stelle per il semplice fatto che non è stato avvisato il fatto che il pezzo non era in casa e quindi è stato spedito quasi 10 giorni dopo. Per il resto servizio ineccepibile compreso il call center.
